Saree Description

• Color & Body: The saree features a serene Sky Blue (often called Aakaasa-vannam) body. The fabric is pure mulberry silk, providing a smooth, high-luster finish that drapes with a structured, regal silhouette.

• Border: It has a medium-width Royal Blue Contrast Border. The border is richly decorated with Gold Zari work featuring traditional Kodivisiri (floral vines) and geometric diamond patterns, creating a sharp and sophisticated frame for the lighter body color.

• Zari Motifs: The body is sprinkled with small, circular gold Buttas (coin motifs). If you look closely at the motifs, they often feature a tiny center of contrasting silk thread, which is a hallmark of premium Kanchipuram craftsmanship.
