Color & Shade: The saree features a brilliant Royal Purple or Violet shade. In South Indian textile terms, this rich, glowing purple is often referred to as Vadamalli (the color of the Globe Amaranth flower).

Monochromatic Style: Unlike many Kanchipurams that use a contrast border, this is a “Self-Border” saree. The body, border, and pallu all share the same purple base color, which creates a very sleek, modern, and regal appearance.

Zari Detailing: It is heavily embellished with Gold Zari (metallic thread).

Body: The body is covered in small, elegant Mango (Paisley) or Drop-shaped Buttas. Look closely and you will see a tiny hint of green thread within the gold motifs, adding a subtle pop of color.

Border: The border is a broad “Temple Border” style, featuring intricate diamond patterns (Gopuram style) and traditional floral creepers woven in dense gold.
